entrepreneur in Mr. D.M.Tagare. We
are proud to be pioneers in the capacitor industry and to date we have
field experience of more than 40 years. This is backed up with
our consistent improvement in design so that our products are in line
with the current requirements of industry. The Indian power system is
known to be highly polluted and we have designed our products to withstand
this. We have the best facilities available for manufacturing, testing
and quality control. Our time proven products at various utilities and
industries are our major assets. We are proud of the same. Our major clients
are spread all over India and it includes Industries with Arc furnaces,
Electric railway systems, Cement mills, Automobiles Manufactures, Ship
builders, Sugar mills, Wind farms, Paper mills, Refineries, Chemical plants,

WINDING DEPARTMENT

We have with us winding
machines for MD/APP type L.T. Capacitors; MPP type
L.T. Capacitors and APP type H.T. Capacitors. Winding, stacking
and tanking of all type of capacitors is done under controlled atmospheric
conditions. |

VACUUM PLANT
|

We have a very sophisticated vacuum
impregnation plant. This
is the heart of our whole organisation.
With six H.T. tanks and four L.T. tanks, our vacuum impregnation
plant is ready to produce quality products at all the times. We are proud
of our vacuum impregnation plant. |

TESTING LABORATORY
|

We have all the testing equipment's,
which are essential to test the capacitors as per IS-2834, IS-11548, IS-13340
& IS-13341. We have all necessary small and big equipment's. This includes
an imported Tettex Schering bridge, 300kV, 6 kJ Haffley's Impulse Voltage
Generator. 300 kV DC & 300 kV AC source. Moreover our equipment's are calibrated
at regular intervals from reputed laboratories to establish their accuracy.

QUALITY CONTROL

Q.C is backbone of our company. For
incoming raw materials, both imported and indigenous, we thoroughly check
its physical, mechanical and electrical properties by carrying out our in
house standard routines test. Presently we are in process of getting ISO-9000
certfication. |
